When Jeremiah was young he was sent on a great mission by the Lord. But the One that sent him did not allow him to say, "I am young". Jeremiah should not look on himself, and his youth but he should hide his weakness behind his great mission. He should not involve his own reasoning and invent his own message, nor choose the people that he will speak to. But he should speak only what the Lord orders him to speak. Only telling the truth to the people that he is sent to. Then he will be endued with power greater than his own ability. This should be the same for today’s missionaries, pastors and evangelist. Those that trust in their own words and their own message.
God knows how young and inexperienced you are and the level of your knowledge. But, if He chooses to send you, you should not refuse to fulfill the heavenly call. God will glorify His strength in your weakness. Even if you are old and at retirement age or over, do it! This will inspire your wisdom. But if you don’t take the message that is given to you, even if you have the wisdom of Solomon, you will not reap the results of your wisdom. But if you do, you will have all the wisdom to follow the footsteps of your commander and chief. Then you will experience prosperity and victory.
