A note from Tim Malki

I recently went through some Good News testimonies and thought I would  share some with you. I trust the following will bless you as God leads us into this new and exciting season.

Testimony From Najat  ....  Healed of severe depression!

My name is Najat, and I am from Egypt. In 1993 I married a man that I really didn’t know and I did so against my family’s wishes. We moved to Europe very soon after the marriage and I realized that I had made a mistake.

We had a difficult life together and moved from country to country until we settled here in Switzerland. I think I spent the first three years of my marriage crying on a daily basis. I cried every day and fell into a deep depression. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with attacks of depression that were very severe. I would shake and weep and actually have pain because of it.

My friend told me about the Good News Program. She had stomach cancer and found out that you were coming here to Switzerland for a series of meetings. I said to my friend: “Why don’t we go to the meeting and see if Dr. Malki can pray for you.”

We attended the meeting, and when you called people forward to be prayed for, we went to the front.
We were standing next to each other when you walked over to her and asked where her cancer was. She said “In my stomach.” You turned to me and said: “put your hand on your friend’s stomach.”

As I did so, you placed your hand over my hand and commanded the cancer to die!

As soon as you spoke I felt electricity going from your hand into mine. It traveled like heat through my body. I was very surprised at what I felt. When I got home that evening, I went to bed and slept like a baby.

The next day I did not have any feelings of anxiety or depression. The knife that I always felt in my stomach was gone. The pain that I used to feel from my depression was gone for the first time in 14 years! I realized that not only had God healed my friend but He healed me also!

That was a year ago, and I thank the Lord for having mercy on me and for the Good News Program!

Dear Dr.  Malki,

I'm so happy to see you here!  I have watched your program for many years.  Three years ago, I started having pain in my stomach.  t got pretty bad.  I went to several doctors and all they could tell me was that I had nervous irritation.  No one could tell me the real cause for this.  They prescribed medications which I took.  Nothing helped very much.

As I was watching you one day, I began to weep.  I said, Lord, why can't I be healed?  I want to be healed!  I said Lord, I am in need.  Please heal me!

As I sat there weeping with my hand on my stomach, I heard y say: "You dear lady, with your hand on you stomach, your name is Layla.  God has heard your prayer.  You are healed tonight.  He has healed you!"

I jumped up with joy and thanked the Lord.  From that very night, the pain went away.  It was just gone!  I stopped taking any medications.  I started to tell my friends what happened.  They were very concerned for me and told me I should check with my doctor before I stopped taking the medicine.  I told them I would not take any more medicine, but I would go to the doctor just to make them happy!

I went to the doctor three days later and he ran a series of tests.  He told me that the irritation that was there was completely gone.  He said there was nothing wrong with me,m and it was good that I stopped the medicine!

My friends were all shocked and I was able to tell them all about the Lord! Now I tell everyone about how God healed me through the Good News Program!

My name is Raghda, and I am delighted to be here to share what the Lord did for me through your ministry on the Good News program.  My story is amazing.  I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis which I felt mainly in my chest.  The pain was so severe, that I had to take daily injections of pain killers.  The side effects of the pain killers were very severe.  I used to have horrible and scary brain zaps, and I couldn't handle them.  As a result, the doctors also added anti-depressants to my list medications.  They told me I would be on these medications for life!  I was in terrible shape.

I stated watching you on the Good News Program.  I watched you for a year and I began to believe that God would heal me from this terrible disease.  I decided that if I had enough faith, I would not have to take any medications whatsoever, and God would heal me!

One day, my husband and I were watching the program, and you invited anyone who was sick to get up and touch the television and pray for healing.  I wanted to do that, but I hesitated because I did not want my husband to think I was crazy!  But my faith welled up inside of me and I was desperate.  So , stood up and walked over to the television.  I touched it and prayed with you.  Then I returned to my seat.

Suddenly you started giving my words of knowledge about people being healed.  Then you said: :Raghda" and I thought it couldn't be me.  Then you looked up at the camera and you said: "Raghda, Raghda, Raghda"!  I was stunned.  Suddenly I felt as though a warm liquid went through my whole body.  Then you said: "Get up now and praise the Lord.  Then you said: "Get up now and praise the Lord.  What you asked for the Lord has answered and given to you.  Praise the Lord, now!"

I jumped up and stared praising the Lord out loud!  My husband was staring at me in shock.  I said to him:  "Praise the Lord, Jesus has healed me!"  You also told everyone who had prayed to check with their doctors and show that they were healed.  I said to my husband, I am not even going back to the doctor!  I am completely healed!  I stopped all the medications immediately.  That was two years ago, and I have never had any symptoms of the disease or depression.

A man called from Riyadh to our office in California, and idenified himsef as a medica doctor.  He said:  "I developed stomach cancer.  I took every treatment available to me, but did not get better.  I happened to be watching the Good News Program and was amazed to hear you Allah, God, is doing through the program and through you.  I said to myself, although I am not a Christian, God will have mercy on me.  So I responded to your invitation to place my hand on the television set and repeat the prayer, because of stripes that Jesus took on His back 2000 year ago, my cancer is dead!  I decided to call you today and say that after a new check-up, I no longer have cancer!  Now I believe in Jesus!  I know He is not just a prophet, but is who He claimed to be; the Son of God!  I would like to be able to meet you personally and I see from your website that you will be in Jordan and Cyprus.  Give me more information about that so I can see you and learn more about Jesus.

My name is Roy, and I am from Lebanon.  I was invited to this pastors’ conference even though I am not a pastor.  My pastor felt that I would receive a blessing if I attended.  Now I am standing here to tell you all about the physical and mental healing, and the blessings that I received while here.

For many months I suffered with an unknown ailment.  I had aches and pains in my arms and upper body.   There was tightness in my chest all the time.  I had a ‘fog’ in my head and it caused dizziness and confusion.  No one could understand what was happening to me.  I had terrible headaches all the time and pain in my neck because of that fog.  The doctors couldn’t decide what was wrong with me.  This caused me to have panic attacks and depression.  I knew something awful was wrong with me, and I started to fear death.  With that fear I doubted my salvation.  I thought that if I died, I did not know where I would go.  I was at the point where I could barely work.

The other night at the meeting, you said that if anyone had a special need to come forward and you would pray.  I stepped forward and you prayed with me.  The minute that you touched me I felt great peace go through my head and heart.  A great faith welled up inside of me.  I knew that the Lord had touched me.  By the time I got back to my seat, the fog was gone and I had no pain.  I was healed! 

As I sat there, you said that if any of us wanted to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we should come forward after the meeting and you would pray for us.  I stayed after everyone was dismissed, and sat in the front.  You laid your hands on me, and I suddenly felt great joy and praise for the Lord rise in my stomach.  I opened my mouth and the Lord gave me a language I did not understand.  I knew that I was singing praise to Him, because I felt it.  I was baptized in the Holy Spirit.

I am so happy I attended this conference.  For the first time in many months I feel healthy. I no longer have fear, and I know that I am in His hands, and will see Him face to face when I die!
