Brother Malki just returned from a series of meetings in Europe. This was his interview with Khalid, a Syrian living in Sweden: My name is Khalid and I am honored and delighted to see you here in Sweden. I came tonight so I could tell you what happened to me when you were here a year ago. Two years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I started treatment for the disease, but it continued to progress. The doctors finally told me that it was very advanced and that I would need surgery immediately and more treatment. They also said they could not guarantee that I would recover. I was so frightened and I gave up hope.
My friend told me that you were coming to Sweden for meetings. He told that you had a program on television and that you prayed for the sick and they were healed. He said that you also prayed for healing from cancer. I decided to attend the meeting hoping that you would pray for me. When I arrived at the meeting I listened to what you were saying about faith and expecting to be healed! When you called people forward to be prayed for I walked to the front. You saw me and called me to you. You put your hand on my head and said: “I curse this cancer. This cancer is dead!” You told me to say that the cancer was dead, so I said it out loud! You said: “Don’t worry, you are healed. Go in peace and give God the glory!” I walked back to my seat and I knew something had happened. I knew Jesus had healed me. I could not wait to get to my doctor for a check-up. I was not disappointed! The doctors were shocked but they said that there was no trace of the cancer! I was completely healed! I told them that all their treatments did not heal me, but Jesus did!
I am so excited to be here a year later and tell everyone what Jesus did for me! I want everyone to know that when you lose all hope, Jesus is there to heal and save you as He did for me! Thank you Dr. Malki for the time you take to be here with us, and for the Good News Program which I now watch regularly!
