The Lord Is With You - Editorial from November 2009

“And the Lord, He it is that doth go before thee; He will be with thee, He will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.”
Deut. 31:8

This Scripture will help you if you are about to face a great challenge, or if you are attempting something great that you want to do, or if you are facing some kind of confrontation. Go ahead and put on the garment of war because Jehovah Himself goes before you. You are fully protected as long as you follow after Him. Who will be able to block your way if the Lord is in the forefront?

Come, oh soldier, my brother! Let us move with courage! Why are you reluctant to move with courage for victory? The Lord is not only before you, but is also with you. He is all powerful. He is the God that fills all things. He is upon you, beneath you, around you, and in you - always, and for eternity.

He will be with you as He always has been. He will strengthen your arms with all the strength you need. So, move on with courage, oh soldier of the cross. The Lord of hosts is with you and before you. He will not retreat from helping you. He will not be discouraged. He will not leave you. He will continually help you until the end. Whenever you need His help, He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is able and willing to give you the power that you need to meet even the greatest challenge.

Soldier of the Cross, fear not! The Lord of Hosts will go before you to battle, and He will bear the battle with you. Rise my brother, my sister, in His name, and meet the challenge. Remember, He is with you and the victory will be won!
